Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sinan Yak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Hilton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Sinan Yak!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jimmy Hilton!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Patrick Alders and Paulsen Ambrosius.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hilton shoots in but Yak avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Yak gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Hilton working hard to break the clinch.
A frustrated look appears on Hilton's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Yak breaks the clinch.
Hilton looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Hilton misses with a few strikes there.
Hilton changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Yak tries to avoid it but Hilton manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Yak to the ground. Yak escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hilton throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
letting Yak counter with a right hand.


It looks like Jimmy Hilton has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hilton fails with the takedown.
Sinan Yak has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jimmy Hilton.
Hilton tries for a takedown but Yak circles away easily

and Yak counters with a shoot takedown. Hilton fights it but they end up in guard.
Hilton looks winded!
Yak working some strikes from top position.
Hilton avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Yak scores with a decent looking elbow strike.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Yak postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.


Hilton is rocked!
Yak with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Hilton working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Yak.

Yak gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Hilton slaps away a takedown attempt from Yak, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Yak gets a double leg takedown into Hilton's guard.
Yak throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Hilton works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Yak with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Yak content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Yak stands up over Hilton, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Yak postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.
Hilton looking for a sweep. Not yet Hilton, not yet.
Yak throws a big elbow that misses.
Yak has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Yak working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Hilton's head.
Yak is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Yak content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.

Yak gets to his feet - Hilton follows without any prompting.
Hilton stuffs the takedown attempt from Yak. Yak gets slowly back to his feet.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Yak is really turning it up, unleashing another crisp combination which drops Hilton like a ton of bricks! The referee dives in to stop the fight, saving Hilton from another fist facial!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sinan Yak!
A relieved looking Sinan Yak thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
