Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ogami Itto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Toby Jay Wadenah (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wadenah has chosen Enter Sandman as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Ogami Itto has been cut.
Itto definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Itto shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Wadenah napping and manages to drive through into side control!

That was a close round but I would say that Ogami Itto will probably get the nod.

Wadenah doesn't manage to clinch there - Itto circles away.
Itto shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Wadenah as he avoids it easily.

Itto stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Wadenah swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Wadenah kicks Itto off and gets back to his feet.
The fighters circle momentarily. Wadenah darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Itto throws a lazy right hand but Wadenah sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Wadenah leaves Itto with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Itto thows a body kick. Wadenah tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Itto cracks Wadenah with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Wadenah connects with a good right hand that stumbles Itto. Itto circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Itto changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Wadenah tries to avoid it but Itto manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Wadenah to the ground. Wadenah escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Itto takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
