The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Edson Gomes and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhen uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Parcins.
Zhen misses with a takedown attempt
and Parcins counters by clinching up.
Parcins is pushing Zhen up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Parcins lands a damaging elbow.
Zhen is looking to control Parcins's arms but Parcins gets an underhook and turns him. Now Zhen has his back to the cage.
Zhen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Zhen misses with a short punch on the inside.
Parcins gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
It looks like Kong Zhen has been cut.
Zhen is trying to slow down the pace of the fight but Parcins is keeping busy.

Zhen tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Parcins smiles and moves away.
Parcins has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Parcins fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Zhen, pushing him back against the cage.

Zhen tries to pull guard but Parcins holds him up against the cage and eventually Zhen drops back down to his feet.
Parcins lands a damaging elbow.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.
Zhen takes an elbow to the forehead.

Zhen is rocked!
Zhen tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Parcins just stands there and leans against the cage.
Oh Zhen is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Zhen takes an elbow to the forehead.
Kong Zhen's cut is getting worse.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee calls for Parcins to work.
Clinched against the cage, Parcins lands a big elbow that drops Zhen! The ref dives in to save him from more shots - Zhen is complaining that he's OK but he was done.
