Mayhem looks to clinch

and Iverson counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Mayhem's guard now.
Mayhem looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Iverson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Iverson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Iverson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Iverson not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Iverson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Iverson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Iverson stands and throws Mayhem's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Iverson has hold of Mayhem's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Mayhem tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Iverson cranks the arm and Mayhem screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Mayhem, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
