Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stone Cold (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Simon Dyrholm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Cold comes to the cage accompanied by Stone Cold Steve Austin Theme. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cold tries to close the distance and clinch but Dyrholm swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Cold shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Dyrholm but Dyrholm pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Cold really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Dyrholm moves into the clinch.
Cold is trying to stall.
Dyrholm comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
It looks like Stone Cold has been cut.
Cold jumps guard but Dyrholm turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
Cold is trying to maintain a safe position but Dyrholm gets an underhook and turns Cold into the cage.

Cold wants to take the fight to the mat but Dyrholm manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.

Cold tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Dyrholm smiles and moves away.

Cold leaves Dyrholm with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Dyrholm stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Dyrholm wants it to stay on the feet.
The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Dyrholm moves into the clinch.
Dyrholm pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Cold will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Cold tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Dyrholm defends well and Cold ends up having to push Dyrholm into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Cold tries to keep at a distance but Dyrholm has taken the fight into the clinch.
Dyrholm will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Cold up against the cage.
Cold misses the knee to the body. Nice hip positioning from Dyrholm.
Dyrholm breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Dyrholm's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Cold throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Dyrholm's waist but Dyrholm gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Cold off to one side.

Cold keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Cold has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Dyrholm.
Cold slaps away a takedown attempt from Dyrholm, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Stone Cold has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Simon Dyrholm.

Cold swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Dyrholm closes the distance and clinches up with Cold, looking for a takedown. Dyrholm pushes Cold against the cage but Cold circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Cold ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Cold no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Cold working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Dyrholm doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Dyrholm manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Cold is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Dyrholm must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Cold is working for takedown but Dyrholm is calmly controlling the position for now.
Dyrholm lands a good knee to the midsection. Cold won't want to take too many of those.
Dyrholm has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Cold uses from the top position.

Dyrholm looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Cold has picked Dyrholm up and slammed him! Dyrholm can't keep hold of the triangle and Cold manages to pass to side control!

Cold has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Dyrholm's face.
BOOM! Cold connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Cold tries to control but Dyrholm wriggling away.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Cold looking for a guillotine from mount but Dyrholm is having none of it.
Dyrholm throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.

Cold pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Cold trying to control but he's not successful this time.
Dyrholm is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.

Dyrholm is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Cold is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Dyrholm has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Dyrholm in a bad spot here, taking shots to the head.
Dyrholm tries to hold on but Cold postures up.
Stone Cold overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Dyrholm has left one of his arms exposed and Cold doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Dyrholm screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
