Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Christian Steggman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Denny Scott (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Scott thows a body kick. Steggman tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Scott misses with a two punch combination.
Scott tries to clinch there but Steggman circles away.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

Steggman pulls guard effortlessly.
Scott thows a big elbow that misses.
Steggman manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Scott manages to get himself to full guard.
Steggman lands a couple of digs.
Steggman works over Scott with some ground and pound from guard.

Steggman is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

Scott is looking to escape.
Scott is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
Steggman takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.
Scott gets full guard.
Steggman stands up over Scott, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Scott scrambles and gets back to his feet.
Scott clinches but Steggman breaks the clinch

and Steggman counters with a nice double leg into side control. Scott won't be happy with that.
Steggman looks up at the clock and then as Scott takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Steggman smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Steggman is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Scott looks calm but he's in trouble here. Steggman gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Scott is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Steggman lets go of the hold and Scott can pop his arm back in it's socket.
