Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gerwazy Obuch (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Will West (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Gerwazy Obuch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Will West!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Richard Clark and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West connects with an inside leg kick.
West shoots and misses
and Obuch makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. West really felt that one!
West looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Obuch throws a body punch but West moves out of range.
Obuch swings and misses with a hook to the body.
West shoots for a double leg takedown but Obuch sprawls well. He's pushed West's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Obuch misses the shot to the body.
Obuch throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Obuch gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows West to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Obuch not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
West wants to control from the top but Obuch keeps moving.
West is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

West goes for a double leg but Obuch avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Obuch continues to drive forward.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Will West.
Obuch gets cracked there but stands up to it.

West dives in and scores a takedown into Obuch's guard.

West is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Will West seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Obuch is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Obuch is pressed up against the cage. West has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Obuch down to the mat. Obuch avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Horrible takedown by West or perhaps it was just good defense by Obuch which made him look bad.

A telegraphed takedown attempt from West is defended easily by Obuch.
Obuch ducks down and throws a hook to the body but West moves away.

Both fighters circling a little - Obuch finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
West walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
West tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Obuch swivels and escapes.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Obuch drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks West right on the button. West goes down! Obuch follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Obuch gets the win via TKO!
