Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brian Watson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Devil Jho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Watson comes to the cage accompanied by Roll Right. Jho comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Into the Abyss kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've been hearing reports that Watson has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Watson looks to land a strike but Jho avoids it nicely and regains full guard.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Jho tries to score with a low kick but Watson moves his leg out of the way.
Horrible takedown by Watson or perhaps it was just good defense by Jho which made him look bad.

Jho is looking for a triangle but Watson pushes his legs off easily.

Jho is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Watson frees his head nicely. Oh but Jho has switched to an armbar! Watson is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
