Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lord Set (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Punchy McGee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lord Set had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 266.3lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Punchy McGee has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Set rushes McGee and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Set looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
McGee blocks an uppercut.
McGee wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Set has him pressed against the cage.

McGee manages to break the clinch.
Set looks for a takedown but McGee sprawls well.

McGee pushes Set up against the cage in a clinch.

McGee escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
McGee should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
McGee clinches but Set breaks the clinch

and Set decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in McGee's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Set trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Set throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

McGee scrambles and gets back to his feet.
McGee smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

It looks like Lord Set has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
McGee fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Set looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

McGee clinches up with Set and pushes him back against the cage.
McGee lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Set backwards.
McGee lands with a left to the head.
A short body shot lands from McGee as the two fighters clinch.
McGee scores a nice knee to the body.

McGee breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
McGee looks to land a combination. Set sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from McGee! Set is out on his feet! McGee rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Set is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Set is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
