The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bu keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Palikka.
Bu lands with an uppercut that bounces Palikka off the cage and back into range.
Palikka jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Palikka throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Palikka wants to clinch up but Bu keeps it at a distance.
Palikka throws a chopping leg kick but Bu manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Palikka misses with an uppercut

and Bu decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Palikka's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
