Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jeff Jefferson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Lancaster (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lancaster comes into a darkened arena with his song building. I will not bow - Breaking Benjamin kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Jason Lancaster is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jason Lancaster!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, William Peck and Gregory Folan.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lancaster shoots in looking for a takedown but Jefferson manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lancaster's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Jefferson jabs Lancaster to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Lancaster tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jefferson defends well and Lancaster ends up having to push Jefferson into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Lancaster changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Jefferson fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Jeff Jefferson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jason Lancaster.
Lancaster darts in looking for a takedown but Jefferson gets double underhooks and turns Lancaster into the cage.

Lancaster closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Jefferson did well to prevent Lancaster getting side control.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Lancaster looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Jefferson has one foot on Lancaster's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet.

Lancaster looks for a takedown but Jefferson sprawls well.
Lancaster shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jefferson as he jumps to the side.

Lancaster tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

That has opened up Jason Lancaster's cut even more.
Jefferson has Lancaster pressed against the cage. He pushes Lancaster back and as he springs towards him off the cage, Jefferson throws a beautiful elbow that sends Lancaster crashing to the floor! Jefferson piles on the pressure with more strikes! Lancaster is flailing away but he's not defending himself and the referee steps in to stop the fight!
