The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Luis Engracia and Paulo Santos.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Krajewski lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Krajewski scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Krajewski in particular looking to stall.

Krajewski is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Whitaker defends it well.

Krajewski closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Karol Krajewski hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

It looks like Douglass Whitaker has been cut.

Krajewski shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Krajewski wants to pass the guard but Whitaker is keeping the position.

Whitaker has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Krajewski can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Whitaker wants to get back to his feet but Krajewski is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Whitaker is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Whitaker has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Krajewski after a bit of a struggle.
Whitaker is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Krajewski pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Whitaker is breathing heavily.
Whitaker can't break the clinch.
Whitaker tries for a takedown. No joy.

Whitaker tries to score a body lock takedown but Krajewski shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Oh Whitaker is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Krajewski cracks Whitaker with a big head shot that has him covering up instantly! He's rolled onto his side and the referee has seen enough - this one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
