Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Wayne Kerr!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bartosz Solomon!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Daniel Blasius and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kerr looks for a takedown but Solomon sprawls well.
Kerr scores with a crisp jab that stopped Solomon in his tracks.

Kerr moves into the clinch.
The referee calls for Kerr to work.
Solomon fails to pull guard.

Kerr's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Solomon is trying to break the clinch but Kerr is controlling him.
Kerr is trying to pull guard but Solomon has him pressed against the cage.

Kerr manages to break the clinch.
Solomon looks for the body kick but Kerr saw that one coming.
Kerr throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Kerr lands a high kick!

Solomon fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kerr sprawls well initially but Solomon persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Kerr really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

That's one minute gone in the round.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Solomon trying to control from Kerr's half guard. Kerr has other ideas though and has regained full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Solomon is looking to stand up but Kerr won't let him.
Kerr seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Solomon must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

Solomon stands over his opponent and dives in with a flying punch! Kerr throws up his legs and catches Solomon in a triangle! Oh this looks tight! Solomon tries to escape but he's forced to tap! Wow, fantastic work there by Kerr! That came out of nowhere!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Choke). Wayne Kerr!
