Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Shadow Deathgrip (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Ovaltrades (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shadow Deathgrip has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 12 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, Shadow Deathgrip!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 24 - 15 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Ovaltrades!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Patrick Alders and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ovaltrades is looking to clinch but Deathgrip is avoiding it.
Ovaltrades throws a head kick but Deathgrip moves out of range.
Deathgrip seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Deathgrip lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Ovaltrades moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Ovaltrades is looking to clinch.
Ovaltrades throws a sloppy head kick
and Deathgrip counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Ovaltrades tries a head kick but it misses.
Deathgrip looks to land a combination. Ovaltrades sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Deathgrip uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Ovaltrades.

Deathgrip closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Ovaltrades quickly recovers to half guard.

Deathgrip is looking to secure an arm. He's managed it! He's pivoting for an armbar - that looks tight! But Ovaltrades has managed to get out of it and now he's in a dominant position. Nice work from Ovaltrades!

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Deathgrip manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Ovaltrades manages to get himself to full guard.
Deathgrip will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Deathgrip looking to sit in guard and control but Ovaltrades gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Ovaltrades stands and throws Deathgrip's legs to the side, diving into side control.
Deathgrip is not content to let Ovaltrades control the position.

That was a close second round but I would say that Shadow Deathgrip will probably get the nod.
