Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Brian Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Leto The Lion (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 6 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Brian Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Leto The Lion!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Matheus Silva and Thiago Cunha.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The Lion tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Johnson paws at him with a jab and circles away.
We've been told by Johnson's head coaches at Steel penn elite training centre that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Johnson fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. The Lion sprawls well initially but Johnson persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Johnson thows a huge punch but The Lion dodges it nicely.

Johnson is trying to work for a kimura but The Lion is defending well.

Johnson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. The Lion doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Johnson.

The Lion is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Johnson is aware though and is defending well.

Johnson tries to free his leg and advance position but The Lion is retaining full guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Johnson throws a strike but The Lion rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Johnson on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Johnson tries to get out of the position.

Johnson escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. The Lion gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

The Lion got a little sloppy there for a moment and Johnson has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, The Lion has managed to get both his arms back between Johnson's legs - danger averted.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The Lion working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Johnson's head.

Johnson is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and The Lion defends well.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The Lion drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and The Lion jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The Lion throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johnson's waist but Johnson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing The Lion off to one side.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from The Lion is defended easily by Johnson.

Johnson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. The Lion is trying to defend but Johnson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

The Lion drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. The Lion seems to have locked his on tight now - Johnson screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for The Lion, as he picks up the win!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kneebar). Leto The Lion!
Leto The Lion opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
