Oooooh!!! Mabuva has knocked Irene down with a huge combo! Mabuva steps away and waves a wobbly Irene back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Cedric Mabuva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Mabuva throws a jab but it's blocked by Irene.

and Irene counters with a nice low kick that buckles Mabuva's knee momentarily.
Irene steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Mabuva.

Jeez, Goodnight Irene's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Mabuva uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Irene has time to react.
