The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Byambadorj rushes in with a sloppy looking punch

and Wongkrachang counters by clinching up.
Byambadorj tries for a takedown. No joy.
Byambadorj blocks an uppercut.
Byambadorj jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Wongkrachang walks away with a smile on his face. Byambadorj gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Byambadorj uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Wongkrachang.
Wongkrachang lands with a nice body kick.
Wongkrachang scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
We've been informed that Byambadorj has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Byambadorj steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Wongkrachang. That one must have hurt.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wongkrachang takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.

Wongkrachang lands a big head kick that sends Byambadorj tumbling to the mat! Wongkrachang takes a step backwards and waves Byambadorj back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Byambadorj is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Wongkrachang doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Byambadorj crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Byambadorj's bad books for that mishap!
