PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ooga Booga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jan Streburg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Booga comes into the arena with The Invention of Music blaring out of the sound system. Jan Streburg told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Streburg throws a head kick but Booga moves out of range.

Booga darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Streburg avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Booga.
Booga wants to pass to mount but Streburg is defending the position.
Streburg is trying to stand up here but Booga is controlling him well.
Booga is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Booga is working for a guillotine from mount but Streburg frees his head quite easily.

Booga looking to control but Streburg is working nicely, looking to advance position himself.

Booga is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Streburg is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Streburg flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Booga anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Streburg and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Booga slips an arm under Streburg chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Booga has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Booga is squeezing on Streburg like an anaconda would it's prey. Streburg fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
