The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Barley fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Izgoev, pushing him back against the cage.
Barley fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Izgoev goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Barley.
Izgoev blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Izgoev throws a head punch that misses.

Barley pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Izgoev looks to land a left hand but Barley moved out of range nicely.

Barley closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Barley has clasped his hands together around Izgoev's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Barley cracks Izgoev with an elbow. That is naaassty.

Barley decides to stand up, so the ref orders Izgoev to his feet.
Barley fails in his attempt to clinch.
Izgoev lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Izgoev cracks Barley with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Barley falls to his knees and Izgoev doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
