Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Roderick Jenkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Super Trooper (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Trooper comes into a darkened arena with his song building. №1 kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Super Trooper was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trooper slips a jab from Jenkins.
Trooper feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Jenkinss jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Jenkins cracks Trooper with a right hand to the side of the head.

It looks like Super Trooper has been cut.
Jenkins throws a lazy right hand but Trooper sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Trooper tries for a takedown but Jenkins sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Trooper blocks a low kick nicely.
Jenkins goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Trooper is defended easily by Jenkins.
Trooper has a takedown stuffed.
Roderick Jenkins has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Super Trooper.
Jenkins lands a lovely overhand right.

Trooper throws a good cross that connects.
We've been hearing reports that Jenkins has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Jenkins takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Jenkins scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Trooper doesn't seem bothered though.

and Jenkins counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.

Jenkins jabs Trooper to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Trooper takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Jenkins throws a front kick that sends Trooper stumbling back into the cage.
Trooper bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Jenkins cracks Trooper with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Trooper looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Jenkins finish him?

Trooper is rocked!
Jenkins lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Trooper up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Jenkins from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Trooper's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
