Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doomsday Drost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kristow Zedski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Drost's entrance music is Kilpi - Sielut Iskee Tulta. A fine choice. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 20 - 10 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Doomsday Drost!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kristow Zedski!
The judges for this bout are Marco Blurström, Matti Vanhoillinen and Johanna Lukiainen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

We've been informed that Zedski has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Kristow Zedski seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Drost connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Zedski momentarily.
Zedski throws a low kick but it's checked well by Drost.

It looks like Doomsday Drost has been cut.

We've been hearing good reports from Drost's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Zedski is rocked!
Drost postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Zedski covers up, he's hurt! Drost keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Drost and the ref steps in to end the fight! Drost can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Doomsday Drost!
