Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Lie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dusty Martin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lie comes to the cage accompanied by we right here. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 27 - 1, fighting out of Las Vegas, Mike Lie!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Dusty Martin!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, George Francis and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lie but Lie pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Lie clinches up against the cage.

Lie pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Martin dives in and grabs Lie's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lie pushes down on Martin's head and hops out.
Lie rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Martin moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Lie drops Martin with a left right combo! Lie follows him down to the ground into side control.

Martin is rocked!

It looks like Dusty Martin has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Martin is looking for a sweep.
Martin is still in real trouble! Can Lie finish him?

Lie stands up and beckons Martin to his feet.
Lie stuffs the takedown attempt from Martin. Martin gets slowly back to his feet.
Mike Lie has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dusty Martin.
Lie misses with a wild combination.
Martin seems to have recovered his senses.
Martin loses concentration momentarily and Lie pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Martin crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Lie finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
