Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between thteve thnake (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hugo Leonardo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hugo Leonardo is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice sprawl there from thnake as Leonardo shoots in.
Leonardo looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Leonardo looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? thnake is fending him off so far but Leonardo persists. Nope, thnake circles away and we're back to standing.

thnake scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

thnake is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

thnake is looking for a kimura but Leonardo is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for thnake to get the leverage.

thnake is trying to work for a kimura. He's got his hands clasped together - this could be trouble! No, Leonardo has managed to free his arm - good work.
thnake works his foot free and advances to mount.
thnake can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Leonardo is looking to escape.

thnake has hold of Leonardo's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Leonardo manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.
Leonardo tries to lock up and control but thnake gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

Leonardo is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.

thnake is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Leonardo has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Leonardo wants to control but thnake is having none of it.
thnake tries to control but Leonardo wriggling away.

thnake lands a big elbow.

thnake swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Leonardo is now in thnake's guard. A big mistake from thnake there, giving up the dominant position!

thnake has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Leonardo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
thnake has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Leonardo is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for thnake.

Leonardo holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.

thnake is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Leonardo defends it well.

thnake decides to stand up and try his luck on the feet.

thnake closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - thnake lands in his opponent's guard.

thnake drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and thnake jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

thnake thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.

Leonardo gets back to full guard.

Leonardo has his feet on thnake's thighs here. He's pushed thnake off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! thnake screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
