Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Martin O Neill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Barry Barrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). O Neill comes into the arena with Sing for the moment - Eminem blaring out of the sound system. Barry Barrow is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Barrow is defended easily by O Neill.
Barrow tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but O Neill paws at him with a jab and circles away.

and O Neill cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

It looks like Barry Barrow has been cut.
Barrow throws a combination that misses
and O Neill counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Barrow changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. O Neill tries to avoid it but Barrow manages to keep hold of a leg and drag O Neill to the ground. O Neill escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Martin O Neill has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Barry Barrow.
Barrow has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from O Neill finds it's way round the side to connect with Barrow's head.
This has been an exciting period of action!

O Neill is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Barrow is trying to escape and O Neill transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Barrow is forced to tap! Nice work there by O Neill! Very nice indeed!
