Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jay de Borg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and rooie mano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
mano changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. de Borg tries to avoid it but mano manages to keep hold of a leg and drag de Borg to the ground. de Borg escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

mano is pinned up against the ropes taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

de Borg decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

mano tries to keep at a distance but de Borg has taken the fight into the clinch.

It looks like de Borg is going to stand back up.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
de Borg fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. mano looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts de Borg, as that shot connected.
mano takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

mano drops his hands momentarily and de Borg takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Jay de Borg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of rooie mano.

de Borg lands with a right that hurts mano. mano looks to clinch but de Borg throws a short knee that drops mano. This one is all over!
