Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Owen Burger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tauno Tappelija (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tappelija misses with a series of wild punches.
Tappelija moves away from the strike by Burger.
Tappelija looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Burger just misses with a punch to the body.
Burger throws a hook to the side of Tappelija's head but Tappelija sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Burger throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
Tappelija misses with a head kick.
Tappelija keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Burger.
Burger keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Tappelija throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Burger.

Burger swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Tappelija misses with a few strikes there.
Burger thows a body shot but no joy.
Burger fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Burger throws a head kick but Tappelija moves out of range.

The fight stays on the outside here - Tappelija looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Tappelija rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Burger moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Burger drops Tappelija with a straight right hand, right on the button! Burger follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
