Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gyawang Lhad (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Yuber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lhad's entrance music is Iced Earth - Anthem. A fine choice. Gyawang Lhad has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lhad scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Lhad takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

It looks like Gyawang Lhad has been cut.
Lhad throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Yuber.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lhad throws a sloppy head kick and Yuber moves out of range easily.
Lhad moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Yuber lands a nice leg kick that just misses Lhad's sensitive parts.
Yuber tries for a takedown but Lhad sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Lhad definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Lhad misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Yuber throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Lhad tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Yuber is in Lhad's guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Yuber wants to control from the top but Lhad keeps moving.
Yuber stands and throws Lhad's legs to the side, diving into side control.

Yuber is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lhad is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

Yuber jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Lhad manages to avoid the submission attempt.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Lhad can't do much from the bottom here.

Lhad fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Yuber sprawls well initially but Lhad persists and gets the takedown into half guard.

Lhad avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lhad throws a push kick but Yuber slaps the foot to one side.
Ivan Yuber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
