Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tanka Yahidra (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rory Joaquin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The key to victory for Tanka Yahidra has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A nice leg kick lands there from Yahidra.

Joaquin drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Joaquin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Rory Joaquin hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Yahidra throws out a loose jab but Joaquin uses good head movement to avoid it.

Joaquin throws a right hand that Yahidra ducks under and follows up with a left that Yahidra also avoids with ease.
Joaquin misses with a takedown attempt - Yahidra sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Joaquin takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.

Joaquin uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Yahidra.
Yahidra darts in looking for a takedown but Joaquin gets double underhooks and turns Yahidra into the cage.

Joaquin drops back for a leg here. A bit of a high risk move... He's looking for a kneebar by the looks of things. Now both of them are looking for submissions. Joaquin seems to have locked his on tight now - Yahidra screams in pain and taps out furiously! It certainly was a high risk move but it's paid off for Joaquin, as he picks up the win!
