Cold is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Stone Cold Steve Austin Theme. Stone Cold will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quartey throws a lazy head kick
and Cold counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
A head kick by Quartey misses
and Cold counters with a head kick.
Quartey stuffs the takedown.
Cold avoids the head kick by Quartey.
Horrible takedown by Cold or perhaps it was just good defense by Quartey which made him look bad.
Cold fails with the takedown.
Yaw Quartey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Stone Cold.
Quartey throws a head kick but Cold moves out of range.
Cold avoids the head kick by Quartey.
Cold tries to clinch up
and Quartey connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.

Cold is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Quartey throws a sloppy head kick and Cold moves out of range easily.
Cold avoids the head kick by Quartey.
Cold fails with the takedown.
Cold bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
The fighters circling - Quartey throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Cold closes the distance looking to clinch
and Quartey counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Cold is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Stone Cold seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cold fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Cold shoots in looking for a takedown but Quartey manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Cold's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Cold tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Quartey counters with a huge head kick that drops Cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight and the crowd goes wild!
