Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Austin Worner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Steven Heck (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 17 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Austin Worner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Steven Heck!
The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and Frank Dennis.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Heck stuffs the takedown.
Worner wants to clinch up but Heck keeps it at a distance.

Heck shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Worner's guard.
Worner is trying to keep Heck in close.
Heck stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Worner swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Heck got a little sloppy there for a moment and Worner has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Heck has managed to get both his arms back between Worner's legs - danger averted.

Worner had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Heck defends it easily.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Worner is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Heck is aware though and is defending well.

Heck sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Worner's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Austin Worner will probably get the nod.

Heck shoots in looking for a takedown. Worner tries to sprawl out of it but Heck keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Worner manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Heck looks for a takedown but Worner sprawls well.
Heck leaves Worner with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Austin Worner.
