Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Dmitry Borschev!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Kenta Kobashi!

That was a close round but I would say that Dmitry Borschev will probably get the nod.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Kobashi lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Borschev has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Borschev and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Borschev crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Kobashi - the referee stops the clock and Borschev gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Kobashi. Borschev manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

And that's the end of the fight!
Kenta Kobashi comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Kobashi has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Kenta Kobashi decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
