Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Karel Petruska (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Martin Gadtoft (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Igor Prikhodko, Ivan Kurochkin and Dmitry Maklakov.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Martin Gadtoft wasn't active enough on the ground.

Petruska fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Gadtoft sprawls well initially but Petruska persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Petruska swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

Gadtoft drives through and clinches with Petruska against the cage.

Petruska is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Gadtoft gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.

and Gadtoft counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Petruska's guard now.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Petruska is looking to stand up but Gadtoft isn't so interested in that idea.

Martin Gadtoft showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Petruska shoots in looking for a takedown. Gadtoft tries to sprawl out of it but Petruska keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Gadtoft manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Karel Petruska is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Petruska throws a right hand that Gadtoft ducks under and follows up with a left that Gadtoft also avoids with ease.

Well Gadtoft has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
