The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Walker tries to bum rush De Boskabouter with a series of wild strikes but De Boskabouter uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
De Boskabouter has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
A good leg kick by De Boskabouter.
Walker throws a combination but it was largely blocked by De Boskabouter.
Walker misses the shot to the body.
De Boskabouter throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Sloppy strikes from Walker. Those never looked like landing.
Walker misses with a straight left.
De Boskabouter thuds his shin into the meat of Walker's side.
Walker misses with a few strikes there.
De Boskabouter looks for the body kick but Walker saw that one coming.
Walker throws a right and a left that De Boskabouter avoids nicely.
Walker scores with a one two! De Boskabouter had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
Walker is looking to score with low kicks.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
De Boskabouter throws a shot to the body.
Walker takes a swing at De Boskabouter's ribcage but misses.
Walker has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from De Boskabouter.
Walker misses the jab.
De Boskabouter moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
John Walker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

De Boskabouter lands with a nice body kick.
De Boskabouter looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.

De Boskabouter scores with a jab to the head.
Walker has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Some bone on bone action there as De Boskabouter checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
De Boskabouter keeps Walker at a distance using the push kick.
De Boskabouter throws a front kick that sends Walker stumbling back into the cage.
De Boskabouter tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
De Boskabouter connects with a single shot there.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
De Boskabouter shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Walker is trying to defend but De Boskabouter finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
De Boskabouter is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Walker is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
