Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Bjorn Okse!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Neymar Rodriguez!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, John Mangel and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Okse misses with a takedown
and Rodriguez counters with a flying knee. Nice.
Rodriguez lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Okse circles away quickly and effectively.
Okse definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Okse avoids the head kick by Rodriguez.
Okse shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Rodriguez sprawls well. Rodriguez wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Okse gets slowly back to his feet.
Rodriguez fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Okse tries for a takedown but Rodriguez sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Bjorn Okse. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rodriguez throws a right hand that Okse ducks under and follows up with a left that Okse also avoids with ease.
Rodriguez tests Okse's chin there with a solid looking shot.
It looks like Bjorn Okse has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Rodriguez fails with an attempt to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Rodriguez displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Okse.
Neymar Rodriguez is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Rodriguez swings for the body but Okse moves out of range.
Rodriguez bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Okse is breathing heavily.
Rodriguez misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Okse gets tackled into the cage by Rodriguez. Rodriguez maintains the clinch.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Okse has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Rodriguez avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Okse wants a takedown but no success here.

Okse changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Rodriguez fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Rodriguez lands a slapping body shot.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Okse avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Rodriguez stuns Okse with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Rodriguez throws a shot to the body.
Rodriguez misses with a kick to the body.
Rodriguez lands a big head kick that sends Okse tumbling to the mat! Rodriguez takes a step backwards and waves Okse back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Okse is rocked!
Rodriguez connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Okse covering up! Rodriguez comes in with a big uppercut and Okse goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
