Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Georges St Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franklin Winter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
St Pierre darts in looking for a takedown but Winter gets double underhooks and turns St Pierre into the cage.
Winter goes for a takedown in the clinch but St Pierre prevents it.

Winter has hold of one of St Pierre 's legs. St Pierre is fighting the takedown attempt but Winter gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Winter drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Winter jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Winter uses his free foot to push down on St Pierre 's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for St Pierre .

Winter jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but St Pierre manages to avoid the submission attempt.

Winter goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, St Pierre rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Winter's guard! Nice work there by St Pierre !

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

St Pierre fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Winter avoids it really well and circles away.

Winter drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but St Pierre manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Winter has St Pierre in his guard.

Winter has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but St Pierre can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Winter bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in St Pierre 's guard.

Franklin Winter showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

Winter stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. St Pierre swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Winter controls the pace of the fight for a moment.

Winter is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! St Pierre is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! St Pierre has escaped and now he's on top!
