Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Andrzej Borucinski (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marvin Lambert (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Andrzej Borucinski!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Marvin Lambert!
The judges for this bout are John Mangel, Hugh Johnson and Summer Carpenter.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borucinski walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Lambert lands with a hook. Borucinski tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Lambert misses with a hook. Borucinski ducked under it nicely.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lambert misses with a few strikes there.
Borucinski dives in and grabs Lambert's left leg, looking for a takedown. Lambert pushes down on Borucinski's head and hops out.

Lambert lands a left and a right that sends Borucinski crashing to the canvas! Lambert dives into mount looking to finish!

Borucinski is rocked!
Borucinski wants to control but Lambert is having none of it.
Oh Borucinski is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Borucinski sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
Borucinski seems to have got his legs back now.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Lambert working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Lambert throwing shots but Borucinski is blocking nicely.

Lambert thows an elbow strike that misses. Borucinski gets hold of full guard and has managed to get a loose guillotine attempt. Lambert doesn't seem too bothered but Borucinski quickly shifts his position and has tightened the hold! Lambert is in big trouble now - he's going a funny colour - he's tapping out! Nice finish there! Lambert really should have spotted the danger earlier though... either incompetence or over-confidence has resulted in a big L on his record.
