The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Yukihiro Shimada and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ziemski shoots in for a takedown but Fuma shows good takedown defense.

Kotaro Fuma has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Zenek Ziemski.

Still in half guard, Ziemski seems content to control.

Ziemski is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Fuma is just riding it out for now. Ziemski eventually gives up the hold.

Ziemski seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense.
Ziemski is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
