The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pereira jabs Dimagiba right on the nose. Dimagiba blinks but takes it well.
We've been told by Dimagiba's head coaches at Round Table Elite that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Dimagiba takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Pereira is looking to score with low kicks.
Dimagiba tries to clinch but Pereira moves away
and Pereira counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Pereira swats away the attempt to clinch by Dimagiba.

Pereira moves forwards but Dimagiba connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Dimagiba is looking to clinch.
Pereira loads up on a big right hand but Dimagiba slips the punch.

and Pereira cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Pereira on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Dimagiba closes the distance looking to clinch
and Pereira counters with a straight right hand.

Dimagiba tries to close the distance and clinch but Pereira swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

and Dimagiba takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Pereira tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Dimagiba is able to avoid easily.

Dimagiba moves in looking to clinch but Pereira pushes him off.

Dimagiba does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Dimagiba doesn't manage to clinch there - Pereira circles away.
Dimagiba misses with the combination.
Pereira takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Dimagiba closes the distance but Pereira moves to the side
enabling Pereira to counter with a crisp jab.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Dimagiba closes the distance and pushes Pereira back into the cage.

Dimagiba breaks the clinch.
Dimagiba uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Pereira.
Pereira fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Dimagiba has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Dimagiba tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pereira swats him away and circles back towards the center.
