Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Khatam Ramazan!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Alif Diaz!
The judges for this bout are Paul Tew, Steven Brown and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Ramazan. Those never looked like landing.
Diaz wants to clinch.
Diaz fails with an attempt to clinch.
Diaz misses the shot to the body.
Diaz darts in trying to clinch

and Ramazan counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Ramazan wants to stand but Diaz is controlling his posture from full guard.
Diaz wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Ramazan is now in half guard.
Diaz is looking to improve his position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ramazan throwing shots but Diaz is blocking nicely.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Ramazan in particular looking to stall.
Ramazan has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Ramazan tries to stand and escape but Diaz is controlling the position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Diaz is doing well to avoid being mounted. He's controlling the position at the moment.

Khatam Ramazan has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Ramazan avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Diaz tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Ramazan defends well and Diaz ends up having to push Ramazan into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Ramazan jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Diaz walks away with a smile on his face. Ramazan gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Ramazan will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Ramazan controls the pace of the fight for a moment.
Diaz is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The referee calls for the fighters to work.

Ramazan has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Diaz defend it? Ramazan steps over the head and cranks it - Diaz is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Ramazan!
