The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab-cross combination lands for Rivas and sends Giunta crashing to the mat! Rivas follows him down to the mat - Giunta regains half guard but he's not out of trouble yet!
Giunta is rocked!
It looks like Vasiliy Giunta has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Rivas creates some space for himself and unloads with a monster right hand! That one landed with a sickening thud - Giunta is out cold and this one is all over! Rivas climbs onto the cage to celebrate with his corner!! He's shouting something into the camera but he's still got his mouthpiece in so God knows what he's actually saying.
