Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Felipe Paraventi, Matheus Silva and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Khan shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Nelson but Nelson pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Khan has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Khan fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Nelson tries to land a body kick
and Khan counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Nelson lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Nelson drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Khan is looking for a sweep.
Nelson trying to control the position but Khan is working away.
Khan tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Nelson presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Nelson is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Khan can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Khan takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position.
Khan tries to lock up and control but Nelson gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Nelson lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Nelson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
