Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dutch McQueen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Floyd (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Floyd avoids the body shot from McQueen.
Floyd lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
McQueen takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
A jab from McQueen finds it's way through Floyd's defenses.
We've been informed that Floyd has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Floyd tries to move into range but McQueen moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
McQueen throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

McQueen misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

McQueen moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Floyd connects with a leg kick. McQueen looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

McQueen tries to bum rush Floyd with a series of wild strikes but Floyd uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Floyd explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Floyd lands with a slapping head kick.
A nice leg kick lands there from Floyd.
Floyd tries a head kick but it misses.
That kick from Floyd tenderised McQueen's leg. McQueen is trying to keep his angry face on.

Floyd pushes McQueen away with a front kick.

McQueen lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
McQueen is breathing heavily.

Floyd throws a head kick that McQueen semi-blocks.

A looping hook to the body misses from Floyd. McQueen does a little dance to reset his feet.
McQueen throws a nice looking combination but Floyd bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
McQueen swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Floyd counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
McQueen takes a head kick and keeps coming.

McQueen is rocked!
Floyd circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! McQueen drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Floyd follows McQueen to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
