Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dillian Bone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Silva has chosen Jaicko Lawrence - Caribbean Girl as his entrance music. Brock Silva will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Dillian Bone!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Brock Silva!
The judges for this bout are Aleksei Zolotukhin, Vladimir Khabensky and Viktor Lagutenko.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bone throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Silva's head.


It looks like Brock Silva has been cut.
Silva looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Bone throws a head kick that misses.
Silva moves out of range of the body kick.
A right-left combo lands from Bone.
Silva tries to clinch up

and Bone counters into the clinch. Nicely done.
Nice body punch from Bone - that landed with a thud.

Bone breaks from the clinch.
Silva tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Bone decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Silva's guard.
Bone has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.

Bone connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Silva momentarily.

Bone missing with a left hand there. Silva was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Bone closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Silva takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.

Bone has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Bone controlling the action here.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Bone is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!
Silva wants to control but Bone is having none of it.
Bone takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Bone prevents Silva from getting the reversal.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Bone has closed the distance and engaged Silva in a clinch.

Bone dives in and scores a takedown into Silva's guard.

Bone fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Silva, pushing him back against the cage.

Bone's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Silva moves out of range of the body kick from Bone.
Bone keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Silva avoids the body shot from Bone.
Silva uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bone.
Silva walks forward, straight into a front kick from Bone.
Bone looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Bone lands a head kick. Silva smiles back at him and beckons him forward.


That has opened up Brock Silva's cut even more.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Silva enables Bone to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Silva manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Bone stays in close to Silva's body and controls the position.
Silva is trying to keep Bone in close.
Silva is breathing heavily.

Bone pushing down on Silva's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Bone in particular looking to stall.

Bone scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.

Bone gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Bone breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Bone gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Silva to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bone manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

Bone pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

You can see the frustration on Silva's face as Bone controls the position.

Bone throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Bone throws out a leg kick but Silva moves out of range and Bone only half commits.
Bone lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Silva closes the distance looking to clinch
and Bone counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Bone throws a sloppy head kick and Silva moves out of range easily.

Bone moves into range and clinches up with Silva.
Silva takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

Bone escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bone is looking to wear down Silva with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Bone throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Bone closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bone lands in his opponent's guard.

Silva on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Bone. Bone obviously looking to wear him down.
A nice leg kick lands there from Bone.
Bone swings for the body but Silva moves out of range.
Bone misses the shot to the body.
Bone connects with a solid leg kick.

Well, if Bone is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Bone stands up and beckons Silva to join him on the feet.

Bone feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Bone keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Silva's head.

Bone decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up.
