Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sean Kingston (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Konsta Pylkkanen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kingston comes to the cage accompanied by Sean Kingston- Fire Burning. Sean Kingston has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 22 - 16 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Sean Kingston!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Konsta Pylkkanen!
The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Stewart Dunkirk and Tiny Johnson.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kingston swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Pylkkanen makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Kingston throws a shot from downtown. Pylkkanen moves away and avoids it.
A head kick from Pylkkanen lands but Kingston takes it in his stride.


It looks like Sean Kingston has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Pylkkanen lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Kingston lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Pylkkanen circles away quickly and effectively.
Pylkkanen fails with an attempt to clinch.
Pylkkanen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Pylkkanen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kingston shoots in but Pylkkanen avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Kingston closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Kingston wants to take the fight to the mat but Pylkkanen manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Pylkkanen's coach down at Team Finland was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Pylkkanen's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Kingston escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Kingston moves into range and clinches up with Pylkkanen.
Kingston wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Kingston breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Pylkkanen connects with a single shot there.

Kingston tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pylkkanen swats him away and circles back towards the center.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Kingston is looking to clinch but Pylkkanen is avoiding it.
Kingston's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Pylkkanen connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kingston scrambles back to his feet.

Pylkkanen misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Kingston.
Kingston swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kingston tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Kingston shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pylkkanen as he avoids it easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sean Kingston. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A jab lands there for Pylkkanen.
Pylkkanen tries to bum rush Kingston with a series of wild strikes but Kingston uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Pylkkanen fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Kingston sprawls well initially but Pylkkanen persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Pylkkanen is stalling here. Kingston is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Pylkkanen seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Kingston has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
The ground and pound from Kingston seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Kingston creates a bit of distance and throws down some hard shots.

Pylkkanen stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pylkkanen wants it to stay on the feet.
