Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Chris Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rick Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chris Smith looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The judges for this bout are Reed Andrews, Alyssa Summers and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Smith with a poor takedown
and Smith takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Smith takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Smith tries to clinch up
and Johnson counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Smith misses with a takedown
and Johnson counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Smith thinking.
Smith is breathing heavily.
Johnson lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Johnson stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Johnson cracks Smith with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Smith is rocked!
Johnson lands a big right hook! Smith looks hurt but is still standing! Johnson lands a left jab and another right hook! This time Smith falls down and Johnson dives in with a huge hammer fist! Smith's eyes roll back! The referee calls for the bell and Johnson runs up the cage to celebrate with his fans!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Rick Johnson!
