Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Keiji Kawada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Piotr Rasputin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rasputin is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Evil Scarecrow- Robotatron. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 13 - 1, fighting out of London, Keiji Kawada!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 14 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Piotr Rasputin!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Nard Betker and Patrick Alders.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rasputin closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Kawada is trying to get back to full guard.
Kawada tries to kick Rasputin off but Rasputin keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

Rasputin has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Rasputin got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kawada has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Rasputin has managed to get both his arms back between Kawada's legs - danger averted.

Rasputin closes the distance looking for a takedown. Kawada stuffs it but Rasputin still has hold of him. Rasputin picks Kawada up in a fireman's lift! The crowd roars in approval. Rasputin slams Kawada to the floor and that's really hurt Kawada - he doesn't know where he is! Rasputin throws a couple of strikes and the referee steps in to save him! This one is in the books!

Our winner, Piotr Rasputin, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
