Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Summer Carpenter, Hugh Johnson and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Deschain tries to bum rush Martin with a series of wild strikes but Martin uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Martin checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Martin throws a shot from downtown. Deschain moves away and avoids it.
Deschain shoots for a double leg takedown but Martin sprawls well. He's pushed Deschain's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Deschain instigates a clinch.
Martin prevents the takedown attempt.
A short left from Martin.
Martin tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Martin cracks Deschain with a nice body shot.
Martin pushes Deschain back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Martin misses with the head strike.
Martin makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Deschain is rocked!

Oh Deschain is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Martin swings wildly with an uppercut but Deschain uses good head movement to avoid it.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Martin.

Martin fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Deschain drops down looking for an ankle pick but Martin pulls his leg out and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Roland Deschain. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Deschain misses with a wild body shot.
Martin throws a shot from downtown. Deschain moves away and avoids it.
Deschain seems to have got his legs back now.
Deschain has a takedown stuffed.
Martin looks to score with a jab to the body but Deschain is just out of range.
Deschain tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Deschain throws a predictable looking body shot
and Martin counters with a straight right hand.
The fight stays on the outside here - Martin looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Deschain throws a combination that misses
and Martin counters with a huge left! Deschain is in big trouble! He's backing up but Martin isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Deschain from any more damage. A dominating finish by Martin!
