The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barral shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Jigster but Jigster pushes him off and we're back to square one.
A combination from Jigster does no damage.

Barral darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
Jigster tries to roll over but Barral keeps him under control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Barral seems to be looking for submissions.
Jigster regains full guard. Nicely done.

Barral drops back, looking for a kneebar! Jigster looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Jigster looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Jigster!
Barral manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu!

Barral is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Jigster defends it well.

Barral frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

Barral throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Jigster has his hands clasped together but Barral breaks the hold and Jigster is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Barral!
