Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McDermot moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
McDermot misses with a hook to the body
and McDermot takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Lange works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Lange cracks a nice hook into McDermot's ribs.

McDermot connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.

We've been informed that McDermot has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

McDermot cracks Lange with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Lange looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can McDermot finish him?

Lange takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Oh Lange is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
A solid leg kick lands there for McDermot.
Lange is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

McDermot punishes Lange's body with a nice straight punch.
Lange takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
McDermot finds Lange's off switch, with a big overhand right that connects perfectly to the side of the head! Lange flops back against the cage, eyes gazing into the distance. McDermot lands an unnecessary shot before the referee has time to step in and end the fight. Brutal stuff but I'm sure Lange will be OK.
