Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Greek Gyros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bunny Colvin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gyros comes to the cage accompanied by Greek Gyros. Colvin has chosen niggas in paris as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Colvin throws a lazy right hand but Gyros sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Colvin lands a nice hook to Gyros's body. Gyros takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Gyros shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Colvin as he avoids it easily.

Gyros attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Colvin connects with a right hand. Gyros shakes it off.

It looks like Greek Gyros has been cut.
Gyros looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Colvin misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Gyros.
Colvin lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Gyros gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Colvin counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Greek Gyros. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Nice takedown defense from Colvin. No joy for Gyros on that attempt.
Gyros throws a hook to the side of Colvin's head but Colvin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

No joy there for Gyros, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Gyros. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Colvin throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Gyros dives in and grabs Colvin's left leg, looking for a takedown. Colvin pushes down on Gyros's head and hops out.
Colvin throws a right and a left that both miss.
Gyros uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Colvin.
Gyros shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Colvin defends it nicely.
Colvin scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Colvin connects with a good right hand that stumbles Gyros. Gyros circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Colvin leaves Gyros with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Colvin lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Gyros backs up against the cage.

Gyros is rocked!
Gyros tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Colvin defends well and Gyros ends up having to push Colvin into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Oh Gyros is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Gyros is breathing heavily.
Colvin tries a body shot but Gyros blocks it.
Colvin dips a shoulder and cracks Gyros with a mighty uppercut! Gyros falls back against the cage and Colvin unloads with a barrage of strikes! Gyros is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Colvin screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
